PSA: escalate code-of-conduct problems to community@

On Friday we had a rather distressing code of conduct issue. The issue itself has been dealt with at this point but this seems like a good time for a general reminder: any time you see or experience a code of conduct violation in any chromium project space (mailing lists on chromium.org, bug tracker, gerrit, Slack), please get in touch with the moderation team at comm...@chromium.org. We can help resolve conflicts if needed and we also have the tools needed to remove users and/or delete their posts if that is warranted.
