How to Reply to a Review

Hey everyone,

I've gotten some emails about reviews and want to reply to them on the CWS. However, when I go to the /reviews page of my extension, I can't find anything that lets me respond to reviews. I tried clicking the three dots, but it only shows "Report illegal content" and "Copy link."

So how do I reply to user's reviews?

Hi Avinash,

The "Reply" button will only appear on reviews if you are signed in with the same Google account that you use to access the Developer Dashboard.

Is it possible that isn't the case?

I opened the Google Chrome application and selected this email as this is the one I use to access the CWS dev dashboard. I also checked my signed-in account on the top right and it was also this same email , so it should be the same account.

In that case, you should see a reply button on reviews for your items.

Would you be comfortable sharing both a screenshot of the options on a review, and another of you signed in to the Developer Dashboard?

I've got the same issue here.

Don't remember since when I couldn't reply the reviews but it feels real bad.

We're continuing to look into this. There are various factors that can influence if an account is able to reply to reviews, and unfortunately it can be tricky to figure out which of these is the case for any given developer.
