Hi Joe,

The operations team is increasing the size of the AWS RDS instance type for the wynvern2026h2 and sphinx2026h2 logs. This will bring them up to the same size as our other Trillian based logs. We'd like to get this done before they start getting more certificate submissions to stay ahead of the future load that will eventually come. To do this migration we will need to take a DB outage for about 5 - 10 minutes. Most of the log entries should be in the cache layer and that will continue to function for get-entries but adding new entries will be down during this window to ensure the integrity of the log.
