Please note that Error code 3 means the ad request was successful, but no ad was returned due to lack of ad inventory. Upon further investigation, this seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. However, I have run the Google Sample Application with the mentioned ad units and ads are loading successfully. Could you please confirm if you are still encountering this problem when using the Google Sample Application? if yes then share with us your sample project where the issue is reproducible. Additionally, please ensure that you are using the most recent version of the SDK.
