Google Search Console API

I can't access Search Console API because it's not in the list of services that can be added, other Google APIs (Analytics, Sheets, Docs, etc.) are available. It should not be an issue of rights for my account.
The error message is
Does anybody know what the problem could be?

ReferenceError: SearchConsole is not defined
