SkImages::DeferredFromPicture and not-so-optional colorspace

I am looking at the docs for `SkImages::DeferredFromPicture` and it said:

> @param colorSpace range of colors; may be nullptr

BNut using null returns null. The generator code explicitly returns null if there is no colorspace:

Is it supposed to support null? Or is the doc just out of date?
